Indian IT act on path of amendment, law to be stricter

India has remained a favorite choice for outsourced IT and IT enabled services because of the low operation cost, talented people, high potential and being the country with the highest number of youths in the world. Data security is a major concern in call centers. Past reports of data theft from call centers had made the Indian government to think and thus it has now decided to make amendment to the IT act to account for higher security so that India remains the most preferred hub for IT services as it’s now and no one could raise a question on data privacy.
