Microsoft changes its strategy

It seems Microsoft has changed it strategy. From years the company focused on Software distributing licenses for its Windows software and building software for the hardware that other manufactured. Now a days company is focusing attention on Xbox, and Zune. Microsoft was the biggest opponent of Open Source but now it is signing agreements with other companies to support it. It signed agreement with Zend for future development of PHP. A week back it signed agreement with Novel, a long time enemy and proponent of Linux (Open Source operating system) to ensure that Windows and Linux may run side by side.
