TCS buys Australian company

India Leading software company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has overtaken the Australian company TCS Management (TCSM) for Rs. 51.60 crore. TCS has to pay 17 lakh Australian dollars in cash and the rest amount is to be paid in five years.
